Access all HSBC Life SG functions and advantages

The HSBC Life SG app will undergo scheduled maintenance during the following periods:

- 7 Aug (22:00–23:30): The app may be intermittently unavailable for Group Health policies only. Please save a screenshot of your e‑health card before 22:00.
- 8 Aug (21:00–23:00): Registration, login and service requests may be briefly disrupted. If you’re unable to proceed, please try again later. Please save a screenshot of your e‑health card before 21:00.
- 8 Aug (23:00) to 9 Aug (12:00): All services will be available except for payments which will resume after 9 Aug. Please use AXS or DBS Internet Banking to make any payments during this period.
